Lots of new stuff!

I've got a whole bunch of cool stuff for you all to see today. First Jill & I update our Blog pretty regularly. So you might want to head over there and see a video tour of our appartment and read about getting locked out of our house, having Shawnee over, baking bread, and lots of other good stuff: tevyaw.blogspot.com. Oh, and if you still haven't read about our honeymoon, its on there too, just scroll down a ways.

Next, you should read this really funny blog post by Jill's sister about our nephew's imaginary friend: http://shipwillneversink.blogspot.com/2008/02/lincolns-first-imaginary-friend.html

Third, USFamilyTree is getting closer to making its services & website public. In the process, they just updated the front page to a design I did, and it includes a video I created for them (just click the big blue rectangle): USFamilyTree.com

And finally: Our cousins True & David Kynoch are starting a free online gun magazine. It's called Western Shooter & can be found at WesternShooter.com. I designed their logo graphic for them.

New Nampa Newfies (hows that for alliteration?)

We're in the process of updating the other family website: NampaNewfies.com, in anticipation of Nana's litter (due March 15!). Trav created a sweet new title graphic to go with the new theme I picked. Mom's directing the whole effort and a bunch of new pictures will be up soon! Go check it out if you haven't seen it already!

Shawnee, Chey, everyone... we're waiting to hear from you on here. C'mon people, take a little time and contribute to this blog. If we do, I'm convinced we'll all be really happy we did down the road.

Welcome to the new family blog!

This is a post to the blog. Anyone who's a contributor (everyone in our family who's accepted the invitation to be one) can post, like this, to the blog. Then Chey or Shawn or Mom, or whoever can post a post like this (plus pictures if you want) and tell us all what's going on with them. That way they don't have to send an email to everyone. And the best part is that at the end of each year, or whenever, it really easy to print the whole thing--pictures and all--and it can be our family history/scrapbook for the year.

Then if you like something someone said in their post, or don't like it, or need to respond in some way, just use the little comments link at the bottom of that post, to say something in response. Or if you have something new to say about yourself or whats going on, or just something you want to tell everyone, post a new post like this, by going to www.blogger.com. If you've accepted the invitation to be a contributor, this blog will show up at the top of the page, and you can click the "New Post" link to begin writing your own new post like this one.

Hope everyone will use this (especially Shawnee, Cheye, and someone at home so we can know what's up with all of you). Oh and if you want friends to keep up with you, they can look at it too. They just can't post.

Oh and one more thing! You should all watch the trailer for this upcoming film called Nim's Island: http://www.apple.com/trailers/independent/nimsisland/large.html

Duhn, da, dah, duhn!

welcome to the blog. lets just see how this works...

i just wanted to say, a man can't hope for a much better valentine's gift than to have spielberg release the new Indy trailer. (not a single man, anyways.) i showed mom, jeff, jax, and aim. it looks exciting.

what? there's no rule that says english majors have to capitalize. biology majors can take care of that. right? (just ask keaton.)
